Our philosophy

We founded Lampe & Kollegen with the aim to advise our clients individually and personally – all of us having longstanding experience in big international audit firms.

We ensure high availability, short response times and the highest quality standards in all our projects due to a lean structure and personal commitment. Each partner provides not only outstanding knowledge in professional issues but also expertise in project management.

We see ourselves as consultants who understand our clients’ way of thinking. We work in interdisciplinary teams and on site – according to our seniority concept.

Our core competencies are audits of annual and consolidated financial statements, business valuation, preparation of financial statements as well as tax consulting. As an independent audit or tax consulting company, we are also entrusted to give our opinion as experts, as arbitrators or as consultants in valuation and accounting issues.

History

Lampe & Kollegen AG Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft was founded in Mainz in 2004 by Gerhard Lampe and other former partner colleagues from Big 4. From the beginning, auditing, setting up financial statements, business valuation and due diligence have been the main fields of activity of the shareholders.

In 2006, Lampe & Kollegen GmbH Steuerberatungsgesellschaft was founded in Stuttgart by Gerhard Lampe, Dr. Andreas Kaiser and Dr. Roland Schorndorfer. Our service range expanded with tax consulting, including international tax consulting.

Colleagues added the expertise of Certified Information Systems Auditor and of Certified Internal Auditor to our Service Portfolio.

Since 2016 Lampe & Kollegen is a German member of Santa Fe Associates International (SFAI). SFAI has obliged itself to keep the highest quality standards with regard to financial statements and auditing worldwide.
